This piece of work was created in a collaboration between Telstra and Huddle to help visualise a new service offering of Telstra’s. It presented the Customer’s Journey and the touch points and interactions they would have throughout the service, and the Service Blueprint—what Telstra (and their service partners) would do to provide the service behind the scenes at each step. It was a detailed tool to be used to help the service providers play their part effectively offering the customers the best experience possible.
